Jan Bell is a licensed Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy. Through hundreds of hours of training and practice, she has a deep knowledge of kinesiology and biomechanical/ structural relationships and patterns. Her therapy works to restore alignment, balance, and ease of movement for resolving pain and discomfort.
Jan has been a practitioner of therapeutic bodywork since 2016. In her practice she has worked with a wide-range of clients, from children to the elderly, from the physically challenged to high-level athletes.
Jan’s specialties include resolving acute, chronic, and complex pain patterns, helping clients prevent and recover from injury, rehabilitating post-surgical distress, resolving biomechanical dysfunction, restoring movement potential, reducing stress, developing body awareness, and enhancing clients’ ability to connect to their body’s self-healing capacities.
She shares her love of learning and spirit of curiosity in her commitment to facilitate and empower clients and students in pursuing and achieving resiliency in health and well-being.
When not in the office, Jan has a passion for walking in nature with her dogs, gardening, and a holistic approach to living.
